Registration Information

Parents are reminded that registration for the 2008-2009 school year is under way. We welcome the opportunity to work with you and your children in the future. A completed registration form, tuition contract, and TMS Payment Plan form are required for each student. Any questions please call (360)733-1750.

2008-2009 Tuition

Application

Students new to the school are required to pay a $50 application fee, to accompany or precede their initial registration form. Application forms are needed for children entering grades K-10. The date of application may be used to prioritize children when they register.

Registration - Basic Requirements

Children are normally placed according to their age on August 31 st. (Parents may request early entrance.) Applicants may also be required to undergo a readiness assessment before acceptance.

Registration priority

Parents may submit Registration forms at the beginning of February for enrollment in the next academic year. The Registration forms are prioritized in the following order:

• Returning students and new siblings (first week of registration).
• Others, in order of application date.

A non-refundable registration fee of $200 for K-10, $150 for Preschool and $100 for the Toddler Program must accompany the registration form.

Tuition

Tuition and fees paid by parents constitute approximately 75% of the school’s revenue. The balance comes from contributions and fundraising, in which parents volunteer extensively. Each spring parents contract to pay tuition for the program in which their child enrolls. To permit the school to arrange for teachers and space, payment begins June 1st. There are several payment options available, see contracts for details. All fees and tuition are non-refundable.

For 2008-2009 a discount of 2 ½ % will apply to each sibling enrolled in Preschool though Grade 10 (except for the Toddler Program).

New Family Referral Bonus

Current families will be awarded a $400 check in January 2009 for referring a new family to the K-10 program. A “New Family” is one with a child/children entering grade K-10 in the 2008-2009 Academic Year who has never had a student previously enrolled in any of our programs, including Preschool. We will require a completed “New Family Referral Form” available on this website or the Main Office. You will receive a $400 check for each family you refer!

Financial Aid

A portion of St. Paul 's school tuition may be waived as financial aid to families with demonstrated need. Details of this limited program are available at the office. Applications, supported by the parents’ tax returns, are required.

School Supplies

The school provides textbooks and other learning materials. Lists of the supplies needed by the student are formulated by teachers and made available to parents in advance of the commencement of the school year.
